The Undertaker defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Rey Mysterio. Mysterio used his quickness against Undertaker to get the upper hand but Undertaker quickly got control of Mysterio and tried to hit him with an Elevated Powerbomb, which he calls Last Ride. Mysterio countered the move by jumping into the ropes and hit a backflip by bouncing off the ropes. Mysterio got the control of Undertaker and hit many of his quick moves. Undertaker eventually dominated Mysterio with a Last Ride attempt, but Mysterio tossed him into the ropes and hit a Tiger Feint Kick, which he calls 619. Mysterio hit a second 619 on Undertaker and tried to hit a splash through the ropes but Undertaker caught Mysterio and hit him with a Last Ride to retain his title.
Next was the main event featuring the 2010 Royal Rumble match. Dolph Ziggler and Evan Bourne started the match but were unable to do any elimination, although Ziggler hit Bourne with the Zig-Zag & Bourne hit his Shooting Star Press, which he calls Air Bourne, on Ziggler. The third entrant CM Punk joined the match. He quickly eliminated Bourne and later Ziggler. Punk caught the microphone and began boasting on winning the Royal Rumble. JTG was the fourth entrant to enter. He quickly got control of Punk and connected with a clothesline and a dropkick. JTG would jump on the ropes and Punk eliminated JTG over the top rope. He grabbed the microphone again and continued talking about winning the match. The fifth entrant The Great Khali joined the match and hit Punk with a Brain Chop & then locked in his submission maneuver "the Khali Vise Grip". Next came the sixth entrant Beth Phoenix, who became the second Diva in WWE history to participate in a Royal Rumble (the first Diva was Chyna who participated in the 1999 Royal Rumble match and 2000 Royal Rumble match). Khali picked Phoenix up and put her on the apron. Phoenix kissed Khali and tossed him over the top rope. Following Khali's elimination, Phoenix clotheslined Punk but Punk immediately hit her with a Fireman's Carry Knee Strike which he calls Go To Sleep. Punk eliminated Phoenix over the top rope.
